Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, lead design projects, and mentor junior designers. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative designs for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
