About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic PR and communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand, supports our clients’ campaigns, and elevates our creative output. This role requires strong design expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials across digital and print platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for PR campaigns, social media content, branding, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the PR, content, and strategy teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with communication goals.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring high standards of creativity and quality.
• Present design ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and enhance brand visual guidelines for both the company and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all design assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a PR, advertising, or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple deadlines, and adapt to fast-moving projects.
• Saudi nationality preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with government or corporate clients in Saudi Arabia.
