Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute design projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition, an understanding of branding, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual stories. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality design solutions that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the concept development, design, and execution of visual assets for digital, print, and social media.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity and meets project objectives.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2+ years of professional design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide team members effectively.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
