Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Team Lead with a strong creative vision and leadership skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant design tools, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for impactful visuals.

This role involves not just designing but also leading a team of graphic and video designers, ensuring high-quality creative output and smooth team operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and visually appealing creatives for digital campaigns, social media, branding, advertisements, and more
• Guide the design team through all stages of the creative process—from brainstorming to final delivery
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback to junior designers and video editors
• Maintain consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visuals
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements and campaign goals
• Review and approve final designs, ensuring high standards and quick turnaround
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, social media, and marketing
• Lead team meetings, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets
• Collaborate with the video design team to maintain a cohesive visual identity

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (basic video understanding is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums
• Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior designers
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and make creative decisions under pressure
• Willingness to work night shifts from the office
