Job Description
Position: Senior Graphic Designer
Reports to: Studio Manager
Software skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Qualification: Commercial Arts Background (Preferably from the art school)
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Job Profile:
1. Relevant experience of 4 years or above as a Layout Designing Skill in Illustrator, photoshop (Image Cutout, Image re-toucher) in an advertising agency/designing firm is essential.
2. Good understanding of Illustrator, photoshop, images work with solid portfolio that reflects the skillsets.
3. Educational qualification in commercial art / Fine art will be an added advantage.
4. Also needs to have basic understanding of layout skills to do artworks
5. Exposure to different media e.g., Print and Digital (web). Knowledge of Design.
6. Need in-dept knowledge of Pharma gimmick
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle complex projects effectively.
8. Strong understanding of communication requirements, especially in the advertising industry.
Reasonable grasp of English grammar and composition.
9. Willingness to learn and adapt.
10. Ability to independently execute design up to the final artwork stage.
11. In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and finishes is a plus.
12. Achievements certified in the form of industry awards would count as distinction.
Expectations:
· Provide support to the creative team by being a part of the Studio and help design/adapt inputs of various projects and assignments for clients that currently include leading MNC Pharmaceutical and FMCG Healthcare companies.
· To work not just on print and design projects but visualize for various media. Please note the role would only involve visualization, adaptation for these projects and not technical development.
· Maintain speed of execution and response.
· Develop high level of understanding of final artwork requirements from client’s perspective.
· Proficiency in Photoshop with regards to image retouching and manipulation will be an added merit.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
