Job Description:

Noyan Digital  looking for a  Senior Graphic Designer  with the experience in Amazon to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The Graphic Designer will typically create visually engaging graphics for Amazon listings, A+ Content, marketing materials, and social media. Senior Graphic Designer will work with product teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and optimize for conversions. Ultimately, the senior graphic designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Increase user friendliness in digital products
• Create graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with team members. Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.
• Utilize graphic design software. Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite, Figma Plus.
• Incorporate typography and color theory. Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials.
• Maintain brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
•  Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
• Stay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into Projects.

Job Specification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in relate field.
• Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio with high-quality designs.
• Skilled in design software, including Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to clearly articulate idea and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a competitive environment with problem solving and pressure handling skills.
