Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who brings not only strong creative expertise but also leadership, ownership, and the ability to guide and elevate the brand’s visual direction. This role requires someone who can manage projects end-to-end, mentor junior creatives, and uphold high standards of design across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Leadership

  • Lead the development of creative concepts, brand visuals, campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to designers, interns, and external creatives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms and departments.
  • Act as the creative point of contact for cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Events, HR, Operations).
  • Make confident design decisions aligned with the brand’s standards and goals.

Design Execution

  • Produce high-quality visual content including branding materials, packaging, event graphics, social media assets, posters, presentations, and product visuals.
  • Oversee end-to-end design production—from conceptualization to final output.
  • Collaborate with printers, suppliers, and production houses to ensure accuracy and quality.

Project Management & Ownership

  • Manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all creative requests with minimal revisions.
  • Establish and maintain internal design guidelines, templates, and workflows.
  • Identify areas for improvement in visual communication and propose solutions.

Team Mentorship

  • Support the creative team through guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
  • Help onboard and develop junior designers and interns.
  • Promote a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand leadership, campaign design, and versatility in visual styles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and basic motion tools is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, brand identity, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong leadership abilities—confident, proactive, and dependable.
  • Ability to handle pressure, tight deadlines, and high-volume requests professionally.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
