We’re searching for a Senior Graphic Designer with a proven track record in e-commerce design and brand development — someone who can translate strategy and data into visuals that convert, inspire, and scale.


The Opportunity


As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind our brand’s visual identity across all e-commerce touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing, performance, and content teams to deliver conversion-optimized, design-led experiences that elevate both sales and storytelling.

You’ll work remotely with high flexibility in your schedule — and we welcome freelance arrangements for the right candidate.


What You’ll Do


  • Own the visual identity and brand consistency across website, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of e-commerce design — clarity, hierarchy, and conversion optimization.
  • Design high-performing assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and email campaigns, blending creativity with data-driven performance insights.
  • Develop and refine landing pages, banners, email marketing templates and marketing collateral optimized for conversion.
  • Lead creative direction for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional visuals.
  • Collaborate with video editors and photographers to align visuals with brand and storytelling goals.
  • Maintain an organized, scalable asset system that supports a high-volume e-commerce pipeline.
  • Translate performance data into creative improvements — ensuring every design supports business objectives.

What You’ll Bring


  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) or Figma.
  • Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, conversion-centered design, and brand systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both brand identity development and high-performing e-commerce creatives.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design projects under tight timelines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing and performance teams.
