Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer transforms ideas into compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. They collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop visually strong, brand-aligned designs and guide junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality designs for branding, social media, campaigns, and presentations.

- Support the art direction team with conceptual development and visual research.

- Lead small-to-medium design projects independently.

- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers.

- Prepare design assets for production, print, and digital use.

- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams.

Qualifications:

- 4–6 years of experience in design or creative agencies.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital design capabilities.

- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite.

- Good understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
