Job purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer role is for a highly creative and strategic designerto help elevate and maintain brand consistency across two distinct brands while producing high-impact visual solutions for digital, print, and retail environments. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, collaborative, and excited to bring ideas to life across a variety of channels. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can move confidently between concepting, execution, and production. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, developing creative assets that enhance our marketing initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency for two distinct brands.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce brand consistency across two unique brands.
- Concept, ideate, and design visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create digital content for social media, email, websites, digital ads, and paid campaign assets.
- Produce print-ready materials including flyers, brochures, direct mail, business cards, window graphics, billboards, and in-store signage.
- Support Marketing, Sales, and Agency Operations with clear, on-brand creative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts from idea to final execution.
- Manage and organize brand assets and creative libraries for efficiency and alignment.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling, strategic visual storytelling.
- Offer proactive, creative solutions.
- Embrace AI tools to streamline workflows and scale creative output.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual and executional capability across digital, print, and brand work.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Experience & Skills
- 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a multi-brand or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, file types, formats, and social media design best practices.
- Experience with print production, including preparing press-ready files.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across digital and print.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Highly organized, with experience managing and maintaining large asset libraries.
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and tackling creative challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- UX/UI experience (Preferred)
- Video editing skills (Preferred)
- Photography skills (Preferred)
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
