Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts across various media, including digital, print, and social platforms.
• Craft the visual style and direction of the brand and projects, ensuring consistency and quality in all creative output.
• Work closely with internal department and deliver compelling visual solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices, applying insights to keep our work fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing senior-level design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively.
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pushing design boundaries.
• Familiarity with web design, multimedia tools, and motion graphics is a plus.
• MUST HAVE experience in real estate development and/or luxury industry
