Senior Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, branding, motion graphics, and UI/UX. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead visual projects across various platforms, including web, social media, advertising, and signage. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and delivering compelling visual content that engages our target audience.

Duties

• Lead the art direction for branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and digital content
• Design logos, icons, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines
• Create motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other animation tools
• Develop layouts for print advertising, signage, and promotional materials using Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW
• Produce digital art, illustrations, and photo manipulations with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Manage visual design projects from concept through execution, ensuring consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content for websites built on WordPress and other CMS platforms
• Implement responsive UI/UX designs for web interfaces using Figma, InVision, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ensure color management accuracy across digital and print media; apply principles of color theory and typography to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal
• Oversee sign manufacturing designs and layout design for various physical displays
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders through polished presentations with strong storytelling skills

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design with a robust portfolio showcasing branding, digital art, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, InVision, and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web-based design projects
• Expertise in typography, color management, layout design, and typesetting principles
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms
• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients or internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skills
