Senior Graphic Designer

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

Advora Media is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team (ON-SITE). We work with prestigious international brands and need someone who understands the nuances of global design standards and can deliver world-class creative work.

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality design work across multiple platforms and mediums. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Create compelling visual designs for digital and print materials including marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, and web assets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative solutions that align with business objectives
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's work
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Proven experience working with international brands (portfolio must demonstrate work for global/multinational brands)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, typography, and layout
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
• Experience adapting designs for diverse markets and cultural contexts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
