Senior Graphic Designer

About Us

We are a SMART PRINTY ADVERTISING fast-growing advertising and signage company looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer who also understands production workflows, screen-room material selection, and 3D Signages warehouse processes.
The ideal candidate is someone who can think creatively, work practically, and prepare accurate files for printing, fabrication, and 3D signage production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality layouts for advertisements, branding, signage, and marketing materials.
• Develop 3D signage concepts, mockups, and client presentations.
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready files for digital printing, screen printing, plotting, laser cutting, CNC routing, and fabrication.
• Work closely with the production/warehouse team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Inspect and prepare incoming client files with correct bleed, color modes, resolution, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with the screen room to choose correct materials (vinyl, acrylic, flex, fabric, PVC, ACP, metal, etc.) according to printing method.
• Understand which printing technique (digital, screen, UV, sublimation, etc.) is suitable for each material and application.
• Support production teams to translate design concepts into finished physical products.
• Maintain organized design files and meet project deadlines.

Material & Production Knowledge

• Strong understanding of screen printing materials and their suitability (fabric, vinyl, glass, acrylic, metal, banners, etc.).
• Familiarity with signage materials: Acrylic sheets, ACP, PVC foam board, MDF, LED modules, SS letters, aluminum, foam board, etc.
• Ability to prepare designs for laser cutting, CNC, router, and plotter machines.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes for 3D letters, illuminated signs, and custom signage.

General Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising, printing, or signage company.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• 3D software experience (SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D) is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with illuminated signage and fabrication drawings.
• Understanding of printing materials, installation basics, and production workflow.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with production and installation teams.
