About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing design and marketing team at iAssure International Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling ability, brand thinking, and hands-on experience creating impactful design assets across digital, marketing, UI/UX, and branding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, social media, presentations, and branding campaigns.
• Lead design concepts from ideation to execution while ensuring consistency in brand identity.
• Create marketing collateral including banners, pitch decks, email creatives, landing page layouts, brochures, and digital ad creatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate requirements into compelling visual outputs.
• Build and refine design systems, iconography, illustrations, and reusable style elements.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure quality and consistency of visual output.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, global design standards, and creative innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Senior Designer, or Visual Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (preferred).
• Experience with motion graphics or video content using After Effects, Premiere Pro (bonus).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, typography, layout design, color theory, and brand architecture.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking, branding design, digital marketing creatives, and UI visual design.

Preferred Bonus Skills

• Digital illustration or custom creative asset development
• UI/UX prototyping experience
• Experience with print, packaging, or merchandising design
• Understanding of marketing funnel and visual communication psychology
