Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of modern design trends, exceptional creativity, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion while mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Develop brand visuals, marketing collaterals, presentations, banners, brochures, and product packaging.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
• Review and refine the work of junior designers to ensure quality and brand alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a small creative team and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of social media marketing and design optimization for various platforms.
• Familiarity with print production processes.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
