A Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role in creating innovative and visually compelling designs for a wide range of digital and print materials. This position requires a high level of creativity, expertise in design principles, and strong project management skills. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design projects, collaborate with various teams, and ensure the production of high-quality design assets that align with the organization’s brand and objectives.
Design Creation & Concept Development:
· Leading the design process from concept to final execution, producing high-quality and impactful visual assets for both digital and print.
· Developing creative and innovative design concepts that align with the client or company’s vision and brand guidelines.
· Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, explore design solutions, and generate fresh concepts.
Branding & Visual Identity:
· Maintaining and elevating the company or client’s brand identity across all visual assets.
· Creating and refining brand elements such as logos, typography, color palettes, and other design elements to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
· Ensuring all design work reflects a cohesive visual identity that resonates with the target audience.
Project Management & Collaboration:
· Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality is maintained throughout the design process.
· Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content teams, to ensure designs meet business goals.
· Coordinating design tasks with junior designers and providing feedback to help improve their work.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
· Presenting design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, or internal teams, clearly explaining the design rationale and how it aligns with strategic goals.
· Incorporating feedback from clients or internal stakeholders into design revisions while maintaining creative integrity.
· Ensuring that all design work aligns with the client's expectations and project requirements.
Quality Control:
· Reviewing all design materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards before final approval.
· Ensuring that all designs are delivered at the appropriate quality level and on time.
· Managing file formats and ensuring that design assets are delivered in suitable formats for both digital and print applications.
Mentoring & Leadership:
· Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, helping to foster their professional development.
· Offering constructive feedback and ensuring the design team adheres to the best practices in design and project management.
Research & Trend Analysis:
· Staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
· Incorporating fresh, innovative design trends to create contemporary and relevant visual content.
· Continuously improving design techniques and processes based on industry developments.
Motion Graphics & Video (Optional):
· Creating motion graphics, animations, and video content, where applicable, to enhance digital media and marketing campaigns.
· Working with multimedia tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other software to produce dynamic visual content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
