About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric experiences across websites, e-commerce platforms, admin dashboards, and marketing assets.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Figma, capable of delivering developer-ready designs, and able to balance visual aesthetics, usability, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for websites, e-commerce platforms, and admin dashboards
• Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Design landing pages, banners, product creatives, and UI components
• Develop marketing creatives including ads, social media posts, and promotional visuals
• Maintain strong visual consistency (color systems, typography, icons, spacing)
• Build and manage Figma components, auto-layouts, and responsive frames
• Prepare developer-ready designs with proper specifications and handoff documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers and marketing teams for smooth execution
• Apply basic frontend understanding to ensure feasible and practical designs

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for websites, e-commerce platforms, and admin dashboards
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and responsive design systems
• Expertise in responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Strong graphic design and visual sensibility, including color theory, typography, spacing, and iconography
• Hands-on experience in banner design, landing page components, and product creatives
• Ability to create marketing creatives such as ads and social media posts
• Capability to deliver developer-ready designs with clear documentation and smooth handoff
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend workflows
