Senior Graphic Designer

MailHike, a growing eCommerce Email Marketing Agency, is looking for a Graphic Designer with hands-on Figma experience to create visually appealing, conversion-focused email designs for eCommerce brands.

Who We're Looking For:

A creative Graphic Designer who understands marketing visuals and has working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (layouts, components, spacing, consistency).

You don’t need to be a hardcore UI designer, but you must be comfortable designing in Figma.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Design high-quality marketing graphics aligned with each client’s brand

✅ Work primarily in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma using existing layouts, components, and guidelines

✅ Collaborate with copywriters & marketers to create visually cohesive campaigns

✅ Ensure designs are mobile-first and responsive

✅ Follow brand guidelines and layout references precisely

✅ Iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights

✅ Maintain consistency across multiple brands and campaigns

What You Must Bring:

✔ Good working experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Layouts,
components, edits)
✔ 1.5+ years of experience in graphic design for eCommerce or digital marketing
✔ Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color
✔ Experience designing emails, ads, or marketing creatives
✔ Ability to follow instructions, layouts, and feedback accurately
✔ Portfolio showing marketing or eCommerce-related work (mandatory)
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Canva
- Basic understanding of conversion-focused design (CRO)
- Familiarity with marketing templates (FreePick, Envato)
