Senior Graphic Designer

Job description / Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize & Design:

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials. Develop visual ideas, illustrations, layouts, and graphics for diverse projects.

Collaborate:

Work with managers, marketing, copywriters, and clients to understand needs and goals.

Produce Assets:

Create visuals for websites, social media, print materials, packaging, etc.

Translate strategic direction into high-quality design

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Revise & Finalize:

Incorporate feedback, make adjustments, and deliver final, high-quality files.

Manage Projects:

Schedule tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Handle day-to-day industry Operation activities

Required Skills:

• Good organisational skills, verbal & written communication, rapport-building
• Proven ability in field-based environment
• Self-motivated, resilient, and disciplined with a hands-on approach
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records
• Proficiency in Fast Typing, Tamil Typing and Basic Drawing skills
• Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is crucial. CorelDraw, Sketch Up, Basic MS, and Album Designing.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Creativity & Communication: Ability to translate complex ideas into visual forms and communicate effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing work for accuracy and quality.
• Adaptability: Open to feedback, changes, and new design trends/tools. Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
