About the Role
Aertrip is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visuals, expertise in motion graphics and video editing, and the ability to create engaging digital content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and videos for digital campaigns, social media platforms, ads, and website usage
Create high-quality graphic designs including banners, promotional creatives, and marketing assets
Edit videos for ads, reels, short-form content, and brand promotions
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to convert ideas into impactful visual stories
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication
Ensure strong execution of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Optimize creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads
Must-Have Skills
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects
Premiere Pro
Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
Ability to design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and ads
Strong creative storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
Good to Have
Experience in the travel or OTA industry
Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and short video formats
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
