Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. We don’t just want someone who can execute a brief; we want a creative technologist who can leverage Generative AI to slash production times and deliver "impossible" visual concepts.

This role requires a massive portfolio of high-end commercial work and a deep, practical understanding of how AI tools are reshaping the design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Art Direction: Lead the visual narrative for branding, social media, and large-scale digital campaigns.
• AI Integration: Implement Midjourney, DALL-E 3, and Adobe Firefly into your daily workflow for rapid concepting and asset generation.
• High-End Execution: Deliver pixel-perfect layouts, sophisticated typography, and advanced photo manipulation.
• Workflow Optimization: Use AI to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., upscaling, generative fill, and content variations) to focus on high-level strategy.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain and elevate the visual standards of the company's external and internal assets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: A few years experience in a professional design role.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to prompt and iterate using AI tools to create high-quality, brand-aligned imagery.
• The Portfolio: An extensive portfolio showing a wide range of styles, from minimalist branding to complex digital compositions.
