Senior Graphic Designer

We’re a forward-thinking advertising team looking for passionate graphic designers with creative ideas, leadership skills and an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for digital platforms (social media, emailers, web banners) and print (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.)
• Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on client's requirements and content.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign designs.
• Work on brand identities, campaign visuals, and presentation decks
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience as a graphic designer (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to take feedback positively and revise designs quickly
• Familiarity with designing for different platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Coreldraw, Canva, or AI-based design tools
• Basic animation or GIF creation
• Interest in branding and campaign strategy
