Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer(Male) with a strong creative vision and proven experience in branding, digital design, and marketing creatives. The ideal candidate will lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design projects across digital and print platforms
• Develop brand identities, visual guidelines, and creative concepts
• Design marketing assets including social media creatives, ads, banners, brochures, presentations, and website graphics
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
• Review and improve design outputs to ensure brand consistency and quality
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines efficiently
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and marketing designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD (preferred)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of social media design and performance-driven creatives
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
