Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional typography skills, strong expertise in AI-powered design tools, and advanced image manipulation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling posters, marketing creatives, and brand assets while maintaining high design standards and consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-impact visual designs, including posters, campaign creatives, social media graphics, and print materials
• Demonstrate strong typography skills, including font pairing, hierarchy, layout, and readability
• Use AI-based design tools to enhance creativity, speed, and experimentation (e.g., generative visuals, enhancements, concept development)
• Perform advanced image manipulation, retouching, compositing, and color correction
• Translate briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive visual communication
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when required
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining design quality
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging AI technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert-level typography skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and image generation
• Advanced image manipulation and photo editing skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing poster design, typography, and creative visuals
• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity systems
• Familiarity with digital marketing design requirements
• Experience in print production and pre-press processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
