Job Description:

1- Digital & Performance Creatives

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, reels covers & stories
• Create Google Ads, YouTube thumbnails & WhatsApp creatives
• Design creatives focused on lead generation & conversions

2- Campaign & Brand Conceptualization

• Develop creative themes for project launches, & festival creatives
• Translate business goals into strong visual storytelling
• Create campaign look & feel (colors, typography, layouts)

3- Print, Site & On-Ground Branding

• Brochures, flyers, presentations
• Hoardings, entry gates, tower branding, signage
• CREDAI exhibitions, launch events & stalls

4- Real Estate Visualisation

• Floor plans, unit layouts, tower & location maps
• Advantage diagrams, connectivity maps & USPs
• Convert technical data into clean, sales-ready visuals

5- Video & Motion

• Edit reels, walkthroughs & construction updates
• Create basic motion graphics & launch teasers
• Convert raw footage into high-impact content

6- Quality Control & Brand Discipline

• Maintain premium brand consistency across all creatives
• Ensure every output matches Giridhari Homes’ positioning
• Own final creative quality before release

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience

CTC: 6.5 - 7.5 LPA depending upon the experience and knowledge
