Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in Motion Design who can also lead and manage a design team. The ideal candidate should combine hands-on design expertise with leadership skills to deliver high-quality visual and motion content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Motion Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee motion graphics, animations, videos, reels, and explainer content
• Design static creatives such as social media posts, ads, banners, presentations, and branding assets
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Review and refine creative outputs to maintain high-quality standards

Team Management & Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic and motion designers
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and social media teams for smooth execution
• Support junior designers in skill development and creative growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Motion Design
• Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience in team handling, mentoring, and project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Basic understanding of UI/UX or web animations
