Get Volved is a Dubai-based digital media and marketing company focused on building and managing digital presence, brand communication, and online growth for businesses in the machinery, construction, interiors, joinery, and industrial sectors. We work with brands across the UAE, UK, Europe, and China, supporting structured, performance-led digital execution.

We are looking for a senior designer with a strong “can-do” mindset, capable of owning the full visual design process, from concept to final delivery, within a fast-moving digital team.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual content for social media, digital platforms, and print
Develop branding assets, campaign creatives, and marketing materials
Work closely with video, web, and marketing teams to maintain consistency
Ensure all designs align with brand tone, quality, and messaging
Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines
Stay updated with design trends, AI-based tools, and digital standards
Contribute creative direction to campaigns and product launches

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UAE, Middle East, or Europe (portfolio required)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom
Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
Proven experience creating social media creatives and digital campaigns
Working knowledge of AI-based design tools and automation
Ability to work independently and take ownership of output
High attention to detail and strong visual judgment
