Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in signage, print, and branding, the ability to mentor junior designers, and a solid portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives

Design high-quality visuals for signage, print collateral, branding, presentations, and digital media

Lead design projects from ideation to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Prepare print-ready files for offset, digital, and large-format printing

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials

Review and approve design outputs, maintaining high quality standards

Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, production, and other stakeholders

Present design concepts and incorporate feedback professionally

Mentor and guide junior designers and support team development

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (signage/printing experience preferred)

Strong portfolio covering print, digital, and branding projects

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and production processes

Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Must have UAE valid visa
