Overview We are a fast-paced marketing agency specializing in the dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) and Hospitality sector. We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of restaurant branding, and the proven ability to lead projects from concept through to final production across both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

 Design Ownership: Lead the creation of visually compelling and strategically sound design solutions for a diverse range of restaurant clients, including fine dining, casual chains, and high-end specialty food brands.

 Brand Guardian: Ensure all design output strictly adheres to client brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to achieve marketing objectives.

 Conceptualization: Drive high-level creative concepts for major campaigns, menu design overhauls, new brand identities, and digital advertising collateral.  Mentorship: Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and art direction to junior designers or production artists to ensure consistency and quality across all team output.

 Multi-Channel Design: Design a wide array of marketing materials across various platforms: o Digital: Social media assets (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), website graphics, email marketing templates, digital ads, GIFs, and simple animations. o Print: High-quality menus (takeout and dine-in), promotional flyers, packaging, signage, in-store collateral, and point-of-sale displays.

 Speed & Quality: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines common in the F&B industry, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.  Pre-press & File Management: Expertly prepare final files for both print production and digital deployment, ensuring technical specifications are met (resolution, colour modes, bleed, etc.).

 Presentation: Clearly articulate design rationale and present concepts to internal teams and high-level clients, confidently defending creative choices based on strategic marketing goals.

 Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with Marketing Managers, Content Strategists, Copywriters, and Web Developers to integrate visual design seamlessly into broader campaigns

.  Market Awareness: Stay current with F&B industry trends, restaurant design aesthetics, and emerging digital design techniques to keep clients’ brands fresh and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills

 Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion of that time spent in an agency setting or working directly with restaurant/F&B clients

.  Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing outstanding design and branding work, particularly demonstrating proficiency in food, hospitality, and lifestyle categories.
