Senior Graphic Designer

Designer (Experiential / Environmental / Production)
We are a design/build manufacturing company specializing in custom signage, large-format graphics, exhibitions, wayfinding systems, and branded interior environments across retail, hospitality, and federal sectors.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-driven designer who enjoys working across both creative concept and real-world execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants to see their work move from idea → production → installation in physical space.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and collaborate with fabrication and production teams to bring projects to life at scale.

What You’ll Do
Contribute to all phases of the design process, from concept development through production and installation

Design for large-format graphics, signage systems, and environmental applications
Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and fabrication

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and installers to ensure design intent is executed correctly
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Participate in creative problem-solving and bring ideas proactively to the team

What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in graphic design, typography, and layout
- Experience preparing files for large format print and production
- Ability to scale artwork accurately and understand real-world applications
- Working knowledge (or interest in learning) materials, fabrication, and installation methods
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback
- Comfortable managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a graphic design or related role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Mac-based workflow experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field (preferred, not required with relevant experience)
