Job Summary:
ARD Developers is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in visual design and have hands-on experience in organizational branding and AI-powered design tools to enhance the company’s overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for digital and print media including social media, campaigns, and branding materials
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Create and execute branding visuals that strengthen the company’s identity and market presence
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to maintain and elevate brand positioning
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to generate innovative design concepts
• Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all platforms
• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI advancements
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Proven experience in brand development and corporate/organizational branding
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the real estate or property development sector
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing
