Prob N Tech is a Faisalabad-based AI automation and software company serving 200+ clients across 12+ countries — including the US, UK, Canada, and EU. Around 60% of our work is international. We've built a 94% client retention rate by holding ourselves to the standard of US and UK studios, not the standard of the local market.

We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual quality bar for our brand and our client work.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will lead design across our marketing, sales, and client-facing output. You'll work directly with the founders and the marketing team, and your work will represent the company in front of international clients on a daily basis.

The shift is 12 PM to 8 PM specifically because it gives us overlap with our UK, EU, and US East Coast clients during their working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brand and marketing assets for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, blog, and ad campaigns — both for Prob N Tech and for client brands.
• Build pitch decks, proposals, case study layouts, and one-pagers used to close international deals.
• Create founder content visuals — number-led text cards, hook graphics, carousels, and supporting imagery.
• Generate, edit, and integrate AI imagery into branded work without it looking like generic AI output.
• Edit short-form video — testimonial cuts, social reels, founder talking-head edits, case-study video.
• Build and maintain design systems, templates, and brand guardrails so output stays consistent at scale.
• Set the visual direction. Mentor junior designers and review external freelance work.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Adobe Creative Suite — strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus.
• Canva — fluent for fast-turn social work and template systems.
• AI image generation — hands-on with Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or equivalents. You should be able to prompt, refine, edit, and blend AI output into branded work.
• Video editing — working knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. You don't need to be a film editor — you need to cut a 60-second testimonial reel that doesn't look amateur.
• Figma — comfortable for collaborative design and handoff.
• Strong English — written and visual. You'll be designing copy in both US and UK English.
• An international-grade portfolio. Your work should look like it could compete with studios in New York, London, or Toronto. We will know within 30 seconds whether your portfolio meets this bar.

• You ship fast without cutting corners.
• You take feedback well and give it well.
• You can work onsite full-time at our Faisalabad office.
• You are comfortable working the 12 PM – 8 PM shift to overlap with international clients.

What You Don't Need

• A specific degree. We don't care where you studied. Portfolio decides.
• Big-agency background.
• Pakistani-market experience — most of our work is international.
