Senior Graphic Designer

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital media, podcasting, or entertainment
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and creative problem-solving
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics software like After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Proven track record creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails and social graphics
• Strong typography skills and understanding of visual hierarchy
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
• Understanding of brand guidelines and how to maintain consistency while staying fresh
• Experience designing for print, especially merchandise like apparel and accessories
• Knowledge of current design trends across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take creative direction and run with it
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• A genuine interest in true crime, paranormal content, pop culture/current events, and digital storytelling
• Willingness to sign an NDA
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Flexible mindset - comfortable operating outside of a traditional 9-5 schedule as needed

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Blender for 3D design and animation
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve for video editing and color grading
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools
• Knowledge of email design and HTML/CSS basics
• Photography or photo editing experience
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Familiarity with print production processes and vendor management

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
