Develop bold creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and key brand
moments that resonate with our audience

Lead the creative vision across digital, retail, and social platforms — owning the look
and feel of every touchpoint

Design hero assets and key visuals that tell a cohesive visual story across all
channels

Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of Graphic Designers — setting the creative bar
and guiding day-to-day output

Ensure all deliverables align with 2S Homewear's brand identity, tone, and quality
standards

Partner closely with the Marketing Manager and marketing team to bring campaign
concepts to life from brief to final asset

Stay ahead of fashion and design trends; collaborate with the fashion design team on
graphics for licensed collections
Requirements
-
4–6 years of professional graphic design experience; fashion or retail background is
a strong plus

A compelling portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand identity, and editorial design

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign

Solid working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design and prototyping

Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion and video assets is a
plus

Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Experience leading or managing a design team with the ability to give clear,
constructive creative direction

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset across creative and
non-creative teams
