Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop bold creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and key brand

moments that resonate with our audience

  • Lead the creative vision across digital, retail, and social platforms — owning the look

and feel of every touchpoint

  • Design hero assets and key visuals that tell a cohesive visual story across all

channels

  • Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of Graphic Designers — setting the creative bar

and guiding day-to-day output

  • Ensure all deliverables align with 2S Homewear's brand identity, tone, and quality

standards

  • Partner closely with the Marketing Manager and marketing team to bring campaign

concepts to life from brief to final asset

  • Stay ahead of fashion and design trends; collaborate with the fashion design team on

graphics for licensed collections

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience; fashion or retail background is

a strong plus

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand identity, and editorial design
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and

InDesign

  • Solid working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion and video assets is a

plus

  • Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience leading or managing a design team with the ability to give clear,

constructive creative direction

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a

fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset across creative and

non-creative teams
