Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director (Preferably German Speaking)

The Deecke Creative Agency is the in-house brand and communications agency of the holding and is simultaneously being developed as an agency for external clients. It is responsible for the strategic positioning, brand building, and visual commu nication of Deecke Holding LLC and its subsidiaries – internally and externally. Our collaboration is international, direct, and respectful. We work on equal footing, with high standards for quality, clarity, and responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

As Senior Graphic Designer, you play a key role in the positioning and brand development of Deecke Holding LLC and its subsidiaries – working closely with the Managing Director / Creative Director.

Your responsibilities include:

• Active involvement in the strategic brand positioning of Deecke Holding and all subsidiaries

• Development and continuous evolution of holistic brand and design systems • Visual leadership of campaigns and brand appearances for internal brands and external clients

• Art direction for websites, social media, ads, presentations, and print & digital media

• Collaboration on performance marketing, Meta Ads, and Google campaigns together with our external agency and in-house team (HubSpot knowledge is a plus)

• Ensuring a consistent brand and design language across all touchpoints • Conceptualization and design of social media content, including storytelling and motion ideas • Creative support of brand, product, and corporate launches

• Translating complex topics (finance, real estate, luxury) into clear, high-quality visual communication

• Quality assurance and continuous development of design standards • Project management in an international environment

• Close alignment with the Managing Director/Creative Director on strategic brand and design direction

• Active participation in expanding the Deecke Creative Agency as an external communications agency

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage; empathetic, team-oriented, and solution-driven

• Degree in design, communication, media design, or a comparable qualification • Strong understanding of brand building, positioning, and visual identity

• Experience working with multiple brands or brand architectures, ideally in finance, real estate, or luxury

• Excellent sense of typography, layout, visual language, and digital trends

• Confident use of standard design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar)

• Strategic mindset, strong conceptual skills, and high quality standards

• Structured, independent working style and strong teamwork skills

• Very good English skills; Arabic or German is a plus

• Permanent work location: Dubai, with regular office presence
