Gravity Graphics is a growing custom graphics company specializing in vehicle wraps, signage, branding, apparel, window film, paint protection film, and custom manufacturing.

We are looking for a talented designer who not only creates visually compelling artwork but understands how design translates into real-world production.

This is not a position for someone who only designs social media graphics or websites.

We need someone who can create original brands, develop vehicle wrap concepts, build apparel graphics, prepare production-ready files, and communicate effectively with sales and production teams.

• Building signs

Apparel

• Embroidery artwork
• Screen print graphics
• DTF artwork
• Retail-style merchandise designs

Marketing Materials

• Brochures
• Sales sheets
• Trade show graphics
• Promotional campaigns

What Makes This Position Different

Our designers are expected to understand production.

Every design must be manufacturable.

You will work closely with sales, production, installers, printers, embroiderers, and fabricators to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion.

You will be expected to follow established SOPs and create files correctly for:

• Large-format printing
• Vinyl cutting
• Vehicle wraps
• Embroidery
• Laser engraving
• CNC routing
• Apparel decoration

Required QualificationsMust Have

• 3+ years professional graphic design experience.
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills.
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Experience creating original logos and branding systems.
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Highly PreferredVehicle Wrap Design Experience

• Understanding of vehicle templates
• Understanding of body lines
• Ability to design for installation realities

Apparel Design Experience

• Custom Art and Placement requirements
• Embroidery limitations
• DTF artwork setup

Sign Industry Experience

• Large-format production
• Vinyl graphics
• Fabrication drawings

Software Experience

Preferred:

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants must submit examples of completed work:

Logo Work

Minimum of 5 original branding projects.

Vehicle Graphics

Minimum of 3 vehicle wrap designs.

Signage

Examples of completed sign projects.

Apparel

Examples of shirt, hat, or merchandise designs.

Compensation
