Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, logo design, digital marketing creatives, animation, and visual storytelling. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting US-based marketing initiatives and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials.
• Create engaging social media creatives, banners, landing page graphics, and promotional content.
• Develop branding concepts, brand identity guidelines, and logo designs.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video assets for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and management teams to develop creative strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.
• Design presentations, brochures, flyers, email graphics, and corporate materials.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience working with a marketing agency or a US-based company is mandatory.
• Telecom industry experience will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Motion Graphics & Animation
• Print & Digital Design
• Marketing Collateral Design
• Video Editing (Preferred)
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Studies, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting US-based clients or businesses.
• Experience creating designs for digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
