Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead – Branding & Marketing

About Us:
We are a high-end digital marketing agency building a premium brand presence. We need a senior graphic designer to create world-class visuals for our branding and client campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all branding and design projects: digital, print, social media, ads, websites, and client work.
• Create premium visual assets: social posts, banners, infographics, presentations, logos, and marketing materials.
• Mentor and supervise 2–3 junior graphic designers; review work and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with video editors, marketing, and copywriting teams.
• Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all materials.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, AEO/SEO visual best practices, and high-converting design techniques.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in branding, digital design, or marketing agency.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio showcasing branding, ad creatives, social campaigns, and web visuals.
• Ability to manage junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics / basic animation for social.
• UX/UI design basics for landing pages and websites.
• Experience with high-ticket branding campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
