We are currently seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Lead who possesses exceptional expertise in creative direction, AI-based design tools, and digital marketing strategy — coupled with a proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company’s creative direction across all visual platforms.
• Design and manage social media campaigns, digital marketing materials, promotional banners, flyers, and brand catalogs.
• Work with AI-driven tools to enhance creative efficiency and visual output.
• Supervise and mentor the internal design team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Strategize and execute digital campaigns aligned with company goals and target markets.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all product lines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing marketing and branding initiatives.
• Participate in performance assessments and creative evaluation meetings for design staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and creative leadership.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and AI-based design platforms.
• Excellent software grip and understanding of digital tools for modern creative production.
• Comprehensive understanding of brand development and market-oriented design.
• Experience in managing and guiding creative teams across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines while maintaining artistic precision and quality.

Recruitment Process:
