Position Summary
Wishare Media Group is seeking a highly creative and commercially-minded Graphic Designer with strong experience in branding, advertising creatives, and e-commerce marketing visuals.
This role focuses heavily on performance-driven marketing design, including:
- Social media creatives
- Web banners
- Campaign visuals
- Promotional graphics
- Event materials
- Brand identity systems
We are looking for someone with strong visual taste, typography and layout skills, and the ability to create designs that are both aesthetically strong and commercially effective.
Candidates with experience in DTC brands, digital advertising agencies, social media marketing, or e-commerce creative production are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing creatives for social media campaigns, paid ads, web banners, email marketing, and promotional materials
- Develop brand identity assets including logos, visual guidelines, and brand systems
- Create event and offline marketing materials including posters, signage, and branded collateral
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to execute campaign concepts
- Adapt and optimize creative assets across multiple platforms and formats
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all deliverables
- Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial marketing design work
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and branding
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in DTC/e-commerce brands
- Advertising agency experience
- Experience creating paid social creatives
- Experience designing web banners and campaign assets
- Basic UI/web visual design ability is a plus
- After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus

Pay: Competitive and based on project scope and experience
Pay Range: $30.00 – $55.00 per hour
