Senior Graphic Designer (Experienced Level)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong design portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content across multiple platforms. This role requires both creative thinking and technical expertise to execute branding, marketing, and publishing projects at a professional level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful logos and brand identities
• Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, social media posts, banners, and media ads
• Develop professional packaging designs for various products
• Design and illustrate book interiors and book covers
• Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, and color settings
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Revise designs based on feedback and client requirements

Required Skills & Software Expertise

Strong Command In:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva Pro
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Basic Knowledge Of:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Figma

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and publishing work
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition
• Experience in print production and digital media formats
• Knowledge of file preparation for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or commercial printing (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving mindset

• Experience working with international clients
• Understanding of branding strategy
• Basic motion graphics knowledge
• Attention to detail and strong time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
