About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with proven expertise in food packaging design and an in-depth understanding of labeling regulations for KSA and UAE markets. This role requires a designer who is both a creative visionary and a detail-oriented brand guardian—someone who can merge regulatory accuracy with visually striking, trend-forward designs that resonate in today's dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of food packaging that meets KSA and UAE labeling requirements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

- Oversee and guide internal designers and external creative partners, fostering a culture of design excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

- Evolve and maintain the brand’s visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—packaging, retail, digital, social, partnerships, and internal communications.

- Translate creative briefs into strategic, impactful design solutions that tell compelling brand stories.

- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, applying fresh and dynamic approaches that align with evolving consumer tastes.

- Create high-quality 3D renders, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects and other relevant tools for product visualizations and marketing campaigns.

- Produce digital assets (e.g., social media content, website visuals, email headers) with a focus on maintaining cohesive brand expression.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to support product launches and brand campaigns.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

- Ensure all creative output is brand-aligned, visually engaging, and market-ready.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG food packaging.

- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging expertise and compliance-driven design for GCC markets.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma; strong animation skills are a plus.

- Experience with 3D visualization tools for packaging design.

- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Arabic speaker preferred (spoken and written).

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, balancing creativity with strategic objectives.
