About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Front-End Web Developer who can own projects end-to-end — from concept and design through final front-end implementation.

This is a hybrid role requiring exceptional design taste, strong conversion-focused thinking, and the ability to build what you design. You will work on landing pages, websites, product interfaces, and marketing assets that directly impact user behavior and business performance.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in both creative excellence and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages, websites, and digital experiences
• Build responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementations from your designs
• Create marketing assets including ads, brochures, branding materials, and sales collateral
• Apply UX/UI best practices and conversion optimization strategies
• Collaborate directly with Co-Founders on strategy and execution
• Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables using Monday.com
• Optimize designs based on analytics, A/B testing, and performance data
• Work across multiple projects and clients in an agency environment
• Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

Design

• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design and UI/UX experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating landing pages, websites, and marketing creatives
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

Front-End Development

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern front-end tools and platforms such as:
• Webflow
• WordPress (custom themes and/or builders)
• Shopify
• React / Next.js (plus)
• Ability to translate designs into clean, performant, responsive code

Conversion & Analytics

• Understanding of CRO principles, funnels, and user behavior
• Experience with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, A/B testing platforms
• Ability to design with measurable outcomes in mind

Professional Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working US business hours (night shift in Pakistan)
• Prior agency experience strongly preferred
• Self-directed, reliable, and highly organized

Technical & Infrastructure Requirements (Mandatory)

• Reliable primary and backup internet connection
• Backup power solution
• Backup computer
• Full access to required design and development tools
• Ability to maintain consistent availability during scheduled hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1,800,000.00 - Rs3,360,000.00 per year
