About the Company: Pride India is a growing FMCG brand looking for a creative and responsible person to manage our brand and design work. We need someone who understands how design, content, and marketing work together to build a strong and consistent brand.
Location: Hybrid [ Sector 54 and sector 84 - both locations are critical -Gurugram office]
This is not only a Graphic Designer role , it is a Brand & Marketing position that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and coordination across multiple creative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage brand activities across print, digital, and marketplaces.
- Handle packaging design projects – from idea to final print or digital output.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and video editors to get work done on time.
- Oversee video production and brand storytelling.
- Lead creative teams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Create and manage EBCs (Enhanced Brand Content) and product listings for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
- Understand how design, content writing, and videography are done — even if not creating them personally.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in branding or marketing, especially in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong experience in packaging, design, content, and video projects.
- A strong portfolio is mandatory, showing live work on websites or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
- Strong professional references or recommendations are required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Must have a personal computer and high-speed internet.
- Able to manage hybrid or remote work efficiently.
Work Schedule:
- HYBRID
- Shift: 9 am - 1pm continued to 6pm -11pm during remote and 9 am - 6pm - during office
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
