Company Overview: Branding Pioneers, a premier digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare, is looking for an experienced Team Lead for our Graphics Designing and Video Editing department. This role also includes responsibilities as the first Art Director of the company.

Position: Team Lead - Graphics Designing and Video Editing

Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Manage a team of 4 junior graphic designers and 4 video editors. Oversee hiring, training, appraisals, and termination processes.
• Creative Direction: Provide creative guidance and direction to ensure all designs and video content align with client branding and campaign goals.
• Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of all client projects with a focus on quality and creativity.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Canva and other design tools.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools such as AI image generation and Runway ML to enhance creative processes and improve project turnaround times.
• Content Creation: Extract and refine content using GPT models for graphic and video scripts.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the ads, web, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual content.
• Quality and Creativity Oversight: Monitor and enhance the creative output of the team, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of typography, color schemes, and overall branding.
• Emergency Response: Ability to work on urgent projects during weekends or after hours when necessary.
• Training and Development: Lead workshops and training sessions to elevate the team's technical skills and creative capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience: Extensive experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally with a background in healthcare marketing.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creatives, with strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of design and video editing software. Basic understanding of photography and videography to guide visual content creation.
• Creative Vision: Strong creative vision with the ability to push innovative ideas and translate complex concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and interact with clients.
