Senior Graphic Designer (Medical/Healthcare)

We are currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading the creation of high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in translating brand strategy and complex healthcare information into clear, polished, and consistent design materials that support marketing, sales, and educational initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in layout, typography, and production-ready design, paired with the ability to think strategically and execute with precision. They are highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects, and collaborative in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and physical touchpoints
  • Develop marketing, sales, and educational materials aligned with brand standards
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all channels and platforms
  • Translate complex healthcare and scientific concepts into clear, engaging visuals
  • Design for diverse audiences, including patients, providers, partners, and internal teams
  • Produce print-ready materials such as brochures, packaging, signage, and collateral
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, and events
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, attention to detail, and quality control
  • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution
  • Create basic 3D models or visualizations for products, packaging, or concepts
  • Support 3D mockups for marketing, presentations, or product visualization
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, regulatory, and leadership teams

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in professional graphic design experience
  • Proven experience in Agency and/or in-house marketing experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design fundamentals, layout, typography, and production execution
  • Proven experience across both print and digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
  • Experience preparing files for professional print production
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functional with non-design stakeholders
  • Experience with 3D modeling or visualization (Blender or Cinema 4D preferred)
  • Must be able to work on-site in our Gardena laboratory/office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with brand systems, style guides, or design governance
  • Experience mentoring or providing feedback to junior designers
  • Motion graphics or basic animation experience (After Effects a plus)

Open Healthcare US offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's education, skills, qualifications, and related work experience.
