We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to craft compelling designs that elevate our brand and client projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to maintain creative excellence across the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Provide creative input for campaigns, UI/UX enhancements, and overall brand strategy.

What You Need

• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant platforms.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media.
• Excellent visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, impactful designs.
