Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer – Real Estate Development

Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts that reflect the premium positioning of our developments. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in graphic design within the real estate development sector and a strong understanding of luxury branding.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Brand Development

• Develop and maintain strong visual identities for multiple real estate projects
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Conceptualize creative campaigns for property launches and promotions

Marketing & Advertising Materials

• Design brochures, sales kits, project presentations, and investor decks
• Create digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and paid ads
• Design outdoor advertising materials including billboards, hoardings, and signage
• Support event branding for property launches and exhibitions

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies
• Oversee print production and ensure high-quality output
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Extensive experience in real estate development marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end real estate branding and campaign work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and luxury brand aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the UAE/GCC real estate market
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
