About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and highly creative Graphic Designer who can create scroll-stopping, high-impact visuals for our brands across social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes content go viral, has a strong sense of visual storytelling, and can independently conceptualize and execute creatives that drive engagement, clicks, conversions, and brand recall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design high-impact creatives for:
  • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
  • E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C websites, etc.)
  • Create intriguing, trend-driven, and viral-potential content including:
  • Static posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, banners, ads, and promotions
  • Understand and apply content formats that capture audience attention within the first few seconds
  • Translate brand goals into visual narratives that increase engagement and conversions
  • Design creatives aligned with brand identity, tone, and guidelines
  • Work independently from idea to execution, including:
  • Research, ideation, design, iteration, and final delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to align creatives with campaigns
  • Continuously analyze creative performance and improve designs based on insights
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and creative best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably with strong social media and e-commerce exposure)
  • Proven ability to create engaging and high-performing digital creatives
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Social media content trends
  • Virality mechanics
  • Audience psychology and attention triggers
  • Proficiency in design tools such as:
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Canva (advanced usage)
  • Strong sense of color, typography, composition, and layout
  • Experience designing creatives for ads, marketplaces, and brand pages
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset
